1. Account information: email address, name, and password provided at registration (passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes; we cannot view plaintext), used for account creation and authentication.

2. Service usage: essay text you upload or paste, evaluation task records, and generated reports, used to provide the evaluation service and your history view.

3. Transaction information: top-up orders and credit transaction records, used for billing, refunds, and account statements.

4. Log data: for security auditing, we may log IP addresses, browser type, and access times.

2. Cookies & Local Storage

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in, and browser local storage for interface preferences such as language. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies. You may clear or disable cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in may stop working.

3. Processing on Our Behalf & Third-party Sharing

To deliver the evaluation service, your essay text is transmitted to our large-language-model provider (Moonshot AI) for processing, strictly limited to generating the report you requested. We require this provider to apply appropriate data-protection measures, and your essays are not used for its model training.

Payments are completed through third-party channels such as WeChat Pay; necessary information (e.g., order number, amount) is provided to the respective channel.

Except as necessary to provide the service as described above, or as required by law, courts, or administrative authorities, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

4. Storage & Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — HTTPS transport encryption, password hashing, and least-privilege access control — to protect your information.

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, essays, reports, and profile data are deleted or anonymized; transaction records required by law are deleted after the statutory retention period.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: access and copy your personal information; correct inaccurate data; delete your essays and evaluation records; delete your account; and withdraw consent to non-essential processing.

You can manage evaluation records on the History page, or exercise these rights by contacting us via your account-registered email; we respond within 15 business days.

6. Protection of Minors

We recognize users may be under 18. Minors should use this site with a guardian's knowledge and consent; we follow data-minimization principles for minors and provide a full deletion channel. Guardians who believe a minor's information was improperly collected should contact us immediately.

7. Policy Updates

We may amend this Policy from time to time. Amended versions take effect upon publication on this page; material changes to how personal information is processed will be prominently flagged.
