Credit rules

  • Credits are deducted per evaluation. Posted credits do not expire over time.
  • If a system failure prevents report delivery, the evaluation credits are returned in full. If, after evaluation begins, the submitted content is confirmed not to be an application essay, a 10-credit processing fee applies and the rest is returned; pre-submission form, length or product validation failures do not incur this fee.
  • One-time purchases only — there is no subscription or automatic renewal. Unused purchased credits are not refundable in cash except where required by law or for a verified incorrect or duplicate charge.

Pricing questions

Can I evaluate a single essay?
Yes. The Common App line evaluates the 650-word personal statement on its own; the UC PIQ line takes four answers as one portfolio; the UCAS line takes the three questions as one statement.
What is the difference between Quick and Full?
Quick returns a tier verdict, per-dimension signal lights and the highest-priority revision advice. Full adds per-dimension detail, evidence quoted from your own sentences and a prioritized revision plan.
Can I re-evaluate a revised draft?
You can submit a revised draft for a new evaluation on any line. Revision Comparison — re-grading a revision against your original Full report — is currently available only for eligible Common App personal statements.
Will the price change later?
Prices are configuration, not constants. A price change never reduces credits already posted to your account, and each evaluation uses the price shown at that time.
Which currency am I charged in?
All prices are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. If you pay with Alipay inside the Stripe checkout, the CNY amount you see is converted by the payment provider; this site does not set or guarantee that rate. The final amount, including any applicable taxes or fees, is shown on the checkout page and confirmed by the payment provider.
